Action Figure Commercials « Thread Started on Aug 13, 2004, 2:50pm »
Seeing Riskdogg's screen shots for the new The Batman toys made me think about the past commercials of Batman action figure lines. There have been few, but the ones there have been were great, namely the one for Dark Knight Collection featuring Tech Shield Batman and Sky Escape Joker.
This thread is for talking about old Batman toy commercials, but also because I would love to see any old Batman figure commercials again, video, or even just some screen shots. I've searched all over the net and haven't found squat. If anyone could has info on where to find such things, that would be great.

Lol, I love the TNBA commercial at the beggining of The Batman-Superman movie. It has the mad hatter and the batmobile spinning into these blocks, they make em look so cool.

Yeah, that was the one thing that always made the commercials so cool, props. I remember a BTAS one with the Ice Hammer vehicle which either drove through or shot a missle at a wall of white cubes that were supposed to be like ice. Why couldn't we get neat stuff like that for our figures & vehicles?
The one that had probably the best props though, was the Dark Knight Collection one as I mentioned before. The Joker spilled a barrel of purple liquid that was supposed to be some sort of toxic waste, and the scenery was kind of like a desert, with a sandy ground that the figures stood on (unlike many today where they're obviously in a big room). I think there might've been some small buildings or something too, I just remember vividly. Either way, as a little kid it really made me want to get the figures.

Yeah! I remember both of those. Ah! Those were the days.
